Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes. We collect a payment method securely through Stripe when you start your trial, but you are not charged anything on the day you sign up. Your first charge happens when the free month ends, and we show you the exact date and amount before you enter any card details.
How does the launch discount work?
On monthly billing, your first 3 paid months are 70% off. After those 3 months, your subscription continues at the normal monthly price. We email you before the discount ends so the change is never a surprise.
Does the discount apply to annual plans?
No. The 70%-off launch offer applies to monthly billing only. Annual plans are already priced below twelve months of monthly billing, and that saving is shown on each plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing. If you cancel during your free trial you are never charged.
How are plan limits enforced?
Entitlements are enforced server-side. Managed-service and hybrid arrangements do not grant platform staff unrestricted tenant access; explicit support grants are still required.
